The club began in 2008 as a Monday evening Meetup group called “The Singapore Shuffle”. In December 2010, a new wave of runners joined, and by late 2011, the group had transformed into Singapore Shufflers Running Group. Over the years the club has grown steadily, now offering training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, across seven ability-based levels. Today, the club has around 100 active members with a focus on nurturing a close-knit community and strong team spirit.
The club’s distinct red and dark blue stripes are a modernised take on classic club vests. Their design allows for easy identification among supporters and fellow runners.

Our training sessions are built for committed, intermediate to advanced distance runners looking to improve performance.
If you would like to join us, please contact us via the link on our Training page.
Note that due to high demand and restricted space on the track, places are limited and so we may not always be able to offer a spot in our sessions.
Every December, our members come together for our annual awards dinner — a special evening to celebrate the year’s achievements.
Three main awards are presented:
Shuffler of the Year – The ultimate honour, awarded to the Shuffler who has not only delivered outstanding performances but has also been a shining example of positivity, dedication and team spirit throughout the year.
Improver of the Year – Celebrating the Shuffler who has shown remarkable improvement over the year.
Keep Calm and Carry On – Recognising the Shuffler who has shown resilience and perseverance, overcoming challenges in training, racing, or life with unwavering courage and a positive attitude.
