Training sessions are free and designed for intermediate to advanced runners.
Training is generally at the following times and locations:
Mondays/ Wednesdays
Mornings: 7:00am start @ Home Of Athletics
Evenings: 7:45pm start @ MOE, Evans Road or Serangoon Stadium
Fridays
Mornings: 6:45am start @ Home Of Athletics
Runners complete their own warm-up before the session starts. The main set typically lasts 45 – 60 minutes.
Runners are organised into ability-based groups to ensure that everyone trains at the right pace for their current level of fitness.
